How does the commission process work when you come to Pine Campers?

Here’s everything you need to know

Price: basic conversions start at £25K more bespoke ones start at £30K

Timeline: basic conversions take 4-6 weeks, more bespoke conversions take 8+ weeks

What a basic conversion includes:

• No shower or toilet

• Wood-only finishes

Payment Plans:

• Deposit

• Two small mid-build installments

• Final installment at end of project before collection

What to know before you come to Pine Campers:

The things you need to know about what you’ll be using the van for:

• How many days will you be off-grid

• What will you be using off-grid

• Would you like a combi-boiler for hot water on-tap

• Would you like a toilet

• Would you want an indoor shower, an outdoor shower or no shower

• Will you be going to campsites, would you be going to campsites and hooking up or just going off-grid

How many people will be using the van:

• Single

• Couple

• Family (if so what age-group and how many kids)

Decide on the van you want and have a say on:

• Mileage

• Body work

• Brand

All vans come with:

• Solar panels (unless customer specifically doesn’t want them)

• MOT and servicing

• Van manual

• Warranties

• Due diligence

Interior design:

• Offer several styles of layout, basic ones are cheaper more complicated layouts will cost more

• Work with customer on the layout they would prefer 

• Layout design will be sent to customer before work begins

• Colour scheme of your choice includes cushions for seats // curtains // doors of cupboards

• Door finishes are your choice of Ikea / Howdens or handmade

Once the design and van have been decided upon:

• You get to choose how regularly you’re updated with photos and calls

• By appointment only workshop visits for you to see the van in person

Finished:

• Collect the van from the workshop

• Discussion of delivery available
